- What is the cost of the inspection?
Answer - The cost of an inspection varies by city and is based on the location and distance from Tucson, AZ. Our 2022 inspection rates are provided at the end of our online inspection request form. If your city is not listed on the form, please email the city to us at contact.us@e2coneng.com, and we will add it to our list as we are in the process of adding all the cities within Arizona to our list.

- Can I get a refund?
Answer - There is a $15 cancelation and refund fee. All cancelations must be received 24-hours in advance of the scheduled inspection to ensure our inspectors do not travel to your home for a refund.

- What is your turnaround time?
Answer - Due to demand, inspections are scheduled the following week according to our inspection schedule once payment has been received. The engineering report/certification is provided within 3 business days after the inspection has been completed. Expedited inspections are scheduled within the same week when request and payment are received no later than Thursdays. The engineering report/certification is provided within 1 business day after the expedited inspection has been completed. Expedited inspections received on Fridays through Sundays are set as high priorities on our inspection schedule at the beginning of the week.

- Is there a reinspect fee once repairs are completed?
Answer - There is a reinspection fee at an additional cost of half the inspection price. However, our P.E. will contact the requestor and listed parties regarding the repairs and is authorized to waive the reinspection fee per her discretion.

Answer - Inspections are requested using our online form and payment system by clicking on the link within our home page or navigating to our Inspections webpage under Services.

- How do we receive the completed order?
Answer - Our online system will notify you that your inspection request has been completed, then one of our staff members will send out the inspection schedule notifying you of the date and window time your home has been scheduled. The inspection schedule is finalized Friday evenings and google calendar invites are sent out Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Answer - Our online form captures all the necessary items to perform the inspection; however, the top four things are: 1) Type of Loan & Inspection needed, 3) Address, 4) Access to the property
